Our Attorneys

Ferrell & Brown, PLLC is a law firm founded by Joshua S. Ferrell and Nathan D. Brown, which serves clients through West Virginia, Kentucky, Virginia, and Tennessee. Although the idea to open a firm together had first originated in 2011, while Josh was working as a Judicial Law Clerk and Nathan was still in law school, Ferrell & Brown, PLLC, was not founded until November 2014. At the time, Josh and Nathan were operating successful solo practices and working as Assistant Prosecuting Attorneys for Mingo County, West Virginia. The attorneys enjoyed their practices but knew that by combining they could better serve their clients and the Appalachian area as a whole.
